The torch on the right hand side of the door in the Torch Room in the Ruins of Ravensmoor - goes out when you stand right next to it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to the following location in the Torch Room in the Ruins of Ravensmoor
2) Observe that the torch on the right side of the door is lit
3) Walk forward right next to the torch
4) Observe that it goes out

@Kron Caledon I'm not seeing this on my end, even with the lowest video settings. Were you able to get this to happen multiple times?
