Title:R52 Shroud of the avatar main quest hand in at Oracle end stage

Blocker? Unable to hand in quest at the Brittany Oracle
Details:The Oracle only says "You have returned" and wont respond to any prompts and wont let character hand in quest

Keyword to use is "Shroud" and this will prompt the Oracle to hand in stage

I'm a little confused by your follow up response. Are you saying the Oracle did start responding as an update? Or it just wouldn't take any text you typed (including Shroud) and you had to use the keyword?

The quest was stuck and would not progress, there was no key words available to click on or any narrative to read and respond to. It took a while cycling through typing in a number of possible key words to see if any would trigger a response; I eventually typed in "Shroud" and this triggered the oracle to continue with her narrative and hand in the quest
