[Info needed] Task switching causes avatar to get stuck

Details: When I task switch because it takes over 10 minutes to scene switch sometimes (Entering / exiting places, towns, novia) I task switch and post in forums, or research what I'm going to do. Then my avatar gets glued to the location. /stuck fixes it sometimes however usually I have to relog.
Steps to reproduce: Task switch while loading scene
User Specs:
Windows 10X64 Enterprise R1703
8 GB RAM
AMD FX 8120 Eight Core 3.10 GHZ
Hybrid drive (8 GB SSD merged into a standard platter drive, works with everything else)

 

@Shwna Ap'Owen If it takes over 10 minutes to switch scenes, there is something going on here that isn't directly related to the game client itself.
(I will be the first to admit that scene loading time is not fast, but 1o minutes!! wow)
I mention that it might be related as I cannot repro this.
Are you playing on wireless? I'm not really sure what you have tried so far to resolve...

 

I use hard line to router, which is hard lined to an 80/10 internet connection. I found out how to fix it sort of. At least the unsticking the avatar part. Go into settings and reset key bindings.
