[Info needed] Two Problems with Streetlamps

    1. Title: Two Problems with Street Lamps - Lamp doesn't cast Shadow, Light source if not centered on Lamp
    2. Reproduction Rate: No
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: See Images Below. The actual Lamp doesn't cast a shadow. The light source for the streetlamp is off center.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: ...
    6. User Specs: Win10 fully updated, GTX 1070 will fully updated drivers, 32GB RAM, 2.7 Ghz i5

    @Rufus D`Asperdi great pictures and you did a great job editing them.
    If I could get the /bug information for this location we'll use that as part of our bug investigation.
    We have several bugs open for light sources and I want to narrow down things a bit. Thanks :)
