[Info needed] Vexlyn's Ember of Conflagration Duel Wield Issues

Frequently one of my Vexlyn's wands dissappears and cannot be found in my inventory.
(I have a pair.)

Changing decks brings back the missing main hand wand on paperdoll, but there seem to be issues preventing both from displaying in my inventory.

Are you saying neither one appears in your inventory when you have them both unequipped?

 

Hi @Lexie, after looking into this a bit further its something different but just as odd.
I had put one of my Vexlyn's wands in a container in my house and not realized, then zoning would give empty hand to reflect the missing wand, but switching decks to an alternate deck and back again would equip both wands even though one of them was not in my inventory.
