Info on Mouse-Over ...

The info on "mouse-over on an item" appears to fast ...
In inventory and also like in an town (PoT, deko, pavers, etc).

It's very disturbing while scrolling through the invetory or want to select items for selling to an vendor, because i can't see where my cursor is, when the info-window appears instantly on mouse-over (see in the video: ).

Please make an option that we can choose a "time to show info on mouse-over" or "show info on mouse-over only when button XY is pressed".

This is the single most irritating thing I encounter in the game. It astounds me that there has not been more feedback on it. I hope this thread gets attention. It just seems that the fix would be so simple. Perhaps posting as a bug would work, because I can't imagine that this is "as intended".

I'll agree to this too. I have also started unnequiping my gear to have less pop-up pollution lately because the mouse hover info is way too aggressive and usually takes too much space. The item comparison should only appear by pressing a key but we already need CTRL to show details, might become too complicated :/

 

I'm noticing the aggressive popups on the hot bar now in combat. Hard to stack glyphs when the popup window blocks my view of the hotbar.

 

You can turn off hotbar tooltips in the options.

[edit] I agree that the timeout for the tooltips to appear should be much longer though.
