    I'm trying to inform Siranto of the death of Min Liang Tan, and he tells me to talk to Min Liang Tan of the Empress Ring, which I had done a long time ago. Niether Siranto nor Khasi will complete the quest unless they are standing on the Throne Platform of their castles
