INT will not level

    I've made multiple characters and INT will not level no matter what skills or spells are used.

    ooh, I'll have to check this today! I also noticed that certain spells when combo'd don't level. I could level Discharge just fine, but as soon as combo'd into shock arrow it stops leveling. Arrow still levels though when combo'd though.
