    It seems like it was meant to be, but the Intricate Elven Mirror really should be a deco item.

    no quest items are deco objects because quest items cannot leave your inventory, because they have to be there to be deleted if you reset quests or delete your character. ...and since this item is a quest item, it probably never HAD deco artwork made for it.

    ...but since that quest is no longer in game, it doesn't HAVE to be a quest item anymore...

    This is not a "quest" item in the sense it can not be traded. it is tradable since gathering.
