Invisible barrier in Knight Marshal house

    Title: Invisible barrier in Knight Marshal house.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: There's an invisible barrier at the top of the stairs on the second floor of the Knight Marshal house. It's as if the railing around the stairwell extends past the top of the stairs. In the screenshot below, it's right in front of my avatar. The screenshot was from 393 but the problem is still there in 402.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details"
