"Invisible wall" when trying to progress up stairs

    Steps to Reproduce: repeat action
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 16367
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU RAM: 1999
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.587.Date.04.07.17
    Area: Ardoris
    Area Display Name: Ardoris
    Loc: (31.7, 53.3, -139.3); (38.7, 57.1, -139.4)

    In the "guild registrar" building in Ardoris, cannot run up stairs easily - have to repeat attempts, jump etc. - can eventually progress. This applies to both flights of stairs - my starting points were:
    loc (31.7, 53.3, -139.3) for first flight;
    loc (38.7, 57.1, -139.4) for second flight
