I have a few Row and Village lots unrestricted in Irenholde for anyone that wants to setup a lot deed/house. Irenholde is north of Brittany along Serpent Spine Mountains..... stone throw away!

Irenholde is Village size and has a Crafting Pavilion and 3 Devotionals placed. (Tier 2 Buffs for combat health and focus, Agriculture/Carpentry/Blacksmith)

Bumping Post for an update.

I relocated the lot structures in Irenholde and setup a nifty little town square made of four village lots. Still trying to come up with a unique idea for the town square, but what is in place currently will have to do. I am about a month or less away from upgrading from a Holdfast to a Village. (I've been mining and selling in PlayerMarket Place for Store Credits/PayPal etc.) Upgrading will double the amount of home placements, triple the NPC Buildings, and give me 6 NPC Citizens to place. So I am offering unrestricted lot placement/first come-first serve to anyone that is interested. Once the town is upgraded to a larger size, I wouldn't mind accomodating another guild looking for a town to call home. Currently there are a few members of Crimson Cross with a few homes there. I am open to any suggestions from an interested party.

Seems to be a spot to list how many NPC's in Town Data, but the edit form doesn't include a way to update.

 

Yes, I believe that was a previous form. So skip that, and go ahead and list your NPCs in the body of the post.

 

Placed some water village lots as of April 30, 2017 and updated town info etc.
