Is Resolute missing?

    I've been looking at where it is supposed to be on the map and all I can find is an empty icy area. Doing a search on Resolute doesn't turn up anything about the town missing/bugged. Any help would be appreciated.

    Try Vertas for now, it's around the corner from Highvale. Curious to see what Resolute will look like myself.
