issues with newly created areas in central brittany

I'm seeing these issues in the newly created areas inside of central brit - I move the camera up and down and while standing in certain sections, my character becomes invisible, I can see through walls and floor terrain, etc
Also there's a few of the row lots without row houses on them. Also a texture issue, sorry it's multiple issues in one post, gotta attend to something else. seeing this on windows 10, nvidia 960gtx
