Items Get Stuck to Cursor when logging in and in decor mode!

    Title: Items Get Stuck to Cursor when logging in and in decor mode!
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker?
    Details: When logging in and clicking while loading caused items on wall to lock to cursor when visually logged in, couldn't remove until I left the scene! Potential Fix : Lock out cursor till Avatar fully loaded!
    Steps to Reproduce: See above
