    Title: Janet Kallen Sometimes Doesn't Open Resolute Gate

    Details: Janet Kallen wanders from her post near the lever to open the gate. When she is not next to the lever, and I ask her to open the gate, she says she does but she does not. She wanders randomly from her post and I have to wait for her to return to her post for her to open the gate.
    Steps to Reproduce:Dependent on location of Janet Kallen. If she is not near her post, she will not open the gate.
