Why not adding a recipe to craft a bottle of wine, that can be used in the recipes?

Jar of Vinegar is not the only recipe that uses Bottle of Wine.

out of the blue:
Bottle of Wine = 1x Empty Bottle + 4x Goblet of Wine (the brewed wine)

A empty bottle you get when you cooked something that uses a Bottle of Wine. So you can re-use the bottles.

Also consider to make the Elven Wine usable for cooking. As alternative to Bottle of Wine.
Please do not sell wine on the NPC-Merchants, found bottles can be used instead with the recipe above given.
