Title: Journal goes bananas if it's open while a quest is completed
Reproduction Rate: 100% so far
Blocker? No
Details: If you have your Journal open, specifically on the "Current Tasks" view, while a quest is being completed, it will go blank for a few seconds, then go back to the "index" page, and then display a list of tasks outside of its window.
Closing and reopening the journal fixes it (but does not prevent this from happening again).
Also, not the duplicated entries all over the place.
Steps to Reproduce: Have your journal open while "turning in" any quest.
