Journal sorting

    I suggest to sort the jurnal from last to first, to avoid all the time to turn the page to see the latest conversation, in particular with many conversation wrote inside, that could be very annoying

    I'm not sure about re-sorting the Journal (I prefer to see things in order), but perhaps just opening to the last page by default?

    I think we need a way to tell what quest were completed..... from the ones you are still working on, and an option to show/hide completed quests. Like put a check mark next to the completed quest. would help since there are multiple quest lines to some of the quests.

    My understanding is that Richard Garriot, perhaps others, want to stay away from hand-holding experiences like usable quest logs. I can understand that, but at least give us some tools, even if they must be operated manually. I also understand that the game is still being built so some features don't exist yet. However, now is the time for our input. Soooooo ...

    Some possibilities:
    Function to add user based flags and then sort and/or hide entries based on flags.
    Text tags added by the user could help sort and/or filter entries.
    At least allow us to hide entries we feel are no longer needed.
    Even a "scribble" function for adding text would be something.

    As it is, the journal is just a bunch of entries of things the game decided to note in the order they were encountered. With my memory problems it's better than nothing, but not by much.

    Well I totally hate the journal as it is, so much so I don't use it.... and i avoid quest because I can't stand the clutter in journals, and since I don't use the journals, I can't do the quests cause I can't remember what they are lol So I grind :( hoping they fix the journal someday

    I too find the journal, in its current state, a tad cumbersome...so, in true old school fashion, I've put pen to paper in rl to log my quest progress. I've found it also helps with the marathon session mouse cramp!
