Journal tasks on screen after using an ALT

    I always close the tasks on my screen as some are outdated and some I do not want to do.
    But after playing with a different character (a different login) on the same computer the task list comes back
    Same for screen resolution (but thats only a minor annoyance, but I have lots of tasks to close)
    Please connect these settings to the character, not the machine
