Just a Thank You To Everyone.

I wanted to start this post out by saying that I have been overwhelmed from the support and love I've recieved from this community. As some of you know they recently found a Lipoma Tumor (Benign) ontop of my spine on my neck. With a cyst next to it that has been tunneling towards my ear (takes up whole backside of my neck). After speaking with a Surgeon they want to perform surgery asap (due to its sensitive location and pain) which is this Monday 8/29 at 11am and will have me out of commission from work and things for atleast first week.

I've kept quiet about it this long to not alarm people and to stay positive. But my absence from game and radio have not gone unnoticed as alot have reached out in their own ways. I will be going under with anesthesia and I want to make sure everyone knows and understands how much your support has meant to me. Thank you for the time we spent in game and all the times you tuned into the radio to listen to me. Good vibes, prayers and happy thoughts are always welcomed my way.

I just had a benign tumor removed myself. The good news is that it is benign.

I'm assuming the mods will allow me to break forum rules in this once case.

After 8 years of working in the OR I can say that things go very well. At the very least two doctors and two nurses are looking after you minute by minute. It's some of the most intense monitoring a person gets in health care.

Basically you have a little nap in a position that is quite posh compared to some of the positions I've found myself in during my 20s... and then you wake up on some legal designer pain medications and carry on with life.
