Repeated issue. I've tried removing everything around this spot, but I cannot place items on it. I could try packing the house, removing the lot and replacing it, but would such a thing cost COTO to perform? From what I can tell those whom have tested this have not seen this same issue. The specific item I am trying to place at this location is a Medium Plant Bed, but even a Huge Layered Cake hedge (much smaller item) cannot be placed in this spot. The attached picture shows what seems to be a cluster of troubled spots.
