Kilt is not a mini skirt

Wearing a miniskirt in the snowy biome of Wizard's Rest should make your legs turn blue!

 

I have no issues getting a mini skirt but if I take a kilt I want to wear a kilt. I have no issues with sexy dresses but I really dislike that our kilt has to be short. A kilt is a kilt and a mini skirt is a mini skirt. It should be my decision to be sexy. And knee long skirt can be sexy to and is not ingame yet

 

Make it even shorter.

The kilt looks great on a woman the way it is please do not change it.

 

Point taken. We will create long and short kilts wearable by both genders in a future release.

 

Of just the craftable version, or will the Ornate Kilt be changed to long for both genders?

Check out the Quarter-Armor versions of Epic/Augmented Cloth/Leather, as well as the normal Cloth and Leather armor variants.

and the short ones should be the one already implemented, for females.

personally, i'd love to see all three for both genders.


many kilts i've seen for men have the leather belts (that you see on the implemented kilts on the left hip), generally two on the right hip and one on the left hip (more formal) - the one on the left hip usually only has the buckle and back half of the leather belt visible, while the belts and buckles are fully visible on the right side. sometimes, the right side is also only half visible depending on the styles and formality of the occasion. personally, i like the buckles on the right side to be fully in view while only the back half on the left.

and many kilts i've seen for women, have the same numbers of belts/buckles, but on the opposite sides.


please note that proper kilts fold with the edge of the kilt on the right for men and left for women (see top image for the female fold) and children - although some women also prefer mens kilts, and it is not an issue when they do. - the addon store kilt has the pin on the correct side/corner for men but i don't think it has the buckles/belts on the correct side. i haven't yet seen that one for women, or even IF it has a pin. - could someone comment on that?

 

I think its great, I dont want to see the females looking to much like the men.

 

I'm not sure why they felt it necessary to create two different lengths. This wouldn't have even been an issue if the length was the same for both genders.
