Details: The Kitchen Knives and Cleaver recipe, which can be purchased in Aerie, outputs five items (Big Knife, Cleaver, Knife, Long Knife, and Small Knife). All of these are decoration items, except the Cleaver. Despite it having a unique icon, the Cleaver is marked as a Tool and can be used in Butchery. All other tools are purchased only, and even some unique recipes to create tools (i.e., Fishing Poles) were removed. I'm assuming this should be something like "Meat Cleaver" and flagged only as a decoration object.

Edit: I checked the Ornate Silver Cleaver that comes in the Add-On Store Ornate Kitchen Set, and it is also marked as a tool. I'm not sure if that is intentional or not.

 

Kitchen pots and pans has a usable cooking pot tool.
Kitchen knives and cleaver has a usable cleaver tool.
Both can be made as exceptional+1 with 150 durability.
Neither can be upgraded with a true bronze engraving kit sadly.
