[Fixed: Issue #67305] Knight of Norgard stuck in a perpetual navmesh hole

    Title: Night of Norgard keep stuck in a navmesh hole ... or something
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: There is a Knight of Norgard that seems to be falling down a hold that has a teleport at the bottom that takes him back up the the top. At least that's what it looks like.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter this building.

    I walked up the stairs to where he "bounces" back to and fell through the stairs. Also, the walls on the second landing are "walk through" . The fourth landing floors also seem to be "fall-through"; I could not actually get to the fourth, but trying to jump from the third to the fourth allowed me to just fall through instead of "block".

    Thanks for the report! Sounds like the navmesh is bad and he's having trouble walking up and down the stairs. Issue #67305
