    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. unlock lightning in air tree
    2. use lightning on a mob
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16281
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series GPU RAM: 2032
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.683.Date.10.27.17
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5
    Area Display Name: Deep Ravenswood
    Loc: (96.2, 19.5, -117.1)

    I'm not sure if it is supposed to be there, but I submitted for review. I imagine the goal is to use this then you can use Chain Lightning...it doesn't have a miss rate on the description so to have it on both may be a bit much :) CL has it's own amazing stuns.

    @Lexie A little additional information on this.
    As noted above, Lightning DOES NOT give the debff even though it mentions it in the spell description.

    HOWEVER, Chain Lightning DOES give the debuff (duration only 10s) even though it doesn't say anything about it in the spell description

    @Lexie Even more info. On the test server: lightning, chain lightning, & discharge are all giving various debuffs. I wonder if this might be part of some sort of change.
