[Known] 3x3 rooms needs to much space

    the 3x3 room is only 1 floor high, but can't place any one floor high room under or on top of the 3x3 room. That is really annoying. In QA it was possible. Please fix it.

    Just checked in a fix to make the collision for this exactly in line with visuals.
