    Title:
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?No
Details:I am playing on a Retina iMac (native resolution 5120 * 2880) and therefore set my game resolution to 2560 * 1440.
I noticed that everytime I start the QA client the resolution is set to 2560 * 1348). While I can easily change this back to the "correct" setting, it shouldn't change at all.

Are you playing in full screen or windowed mode? The last resolution in the dropdown list is the current screen width & height of the game. In windowed mode this will indeed be less than your native resolution due to the menu bar and the sota title bar taking up some of your vertical pixels. If you go full screen you should be able to set it to native and it will stay there.

Ah I see. For some reason it's keeping the non-full screen resolution set on startup. I'll investigate further.

I got a new monitor recently and have to reset my video settings every. time. I. log. on.

#firstworldproblems, but it's annoying as hell.

Please to be fixing, most hastily.

This is only happening while in full screen mode correct?

    Also what OS?

My video settings are stuck in full screen mode... I prefer to play in Borderless Windowsed Mode, that, along with resolution, are the two settings I need to reset every time I log on.

I'm on a Windows 10 box, fully updated, running an Nvidia 1070 GTX with fully updated drivers.

This is a super "fun" one. I found a fix but we may see a resurgence in the seizure inducing flickering. I might just revert it all to the previous code state which forces full screen to be the native resolution because this one is driving me nuts.

Native resolution of the screen? At least for the retina iMacs you will probably create performance issues / worse graphic quality for most configurations.

native resolution reported by the OS is typically the scaled resolution. I'll try and remember to bring my MBP in tomorrow to test.
