Title: stuck in NPC conversation a lot more now

Details: When talking to an NPC, saying goodbye (etc) doesn't close the conversation windows. After trying multiple times, I have to hit escape to get out of the conversation.

I tried to repro with those NPCs nearby repeatedly. I'm not getting that to happen to me just yet. Does it still happen after a client restart?

Yes, still happens after a client restart and still an issue in 557.

 

Still seeing this in 558 as well.
