[Known] 649 - Elven Tree Town Home - still can't place banners on beams

    Details: in first floor i am unable to place my banners on the beams
    the ones which are already placed can no longer be placed there (if i take them they never get green again)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    go to my elven tree home town in that loc and try to hang banners on beams in first floor
