[Known 67863] Hazard Lightening in Quel Shardfall is invisible and deafening

    1. Title: Hazard Lightening in Quel Shardfall is invisible and deafening
    2. Reproducible? yes
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: The environmental hazards in quel shardfall used to be visible lightening strikes that struck the ground when it was first released, then later all the lightening in the scene was broken. Now the VFX lightening amongst the shards is working but the hazard lightning that hurts you is not. It's also many orders of magnitude louder than anything else in the game.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to quel shardfall and run around
