    Title: [785] Fracture Gem not working - shows as "No Recipe Found"

    Details:
    The "Fracture Gem" recipe on the Alchemy Station is not working.

    When the correct items are placed there, it shows as "No Recipe Found".

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attempt to use "Fracture Gem" recipe - unable to do so
