[Known]A problem occurred while claiming rewards

    I keep getting this message while trying to claim rewards at a bank.

    A problem occurred while claiming rewards @Chaox

    Did you try to relog?

    Also, please try to avoid spamming the Claim Rewards button, I think it is clickable mutiple times, but after the first time, wait for it to finish.

    You're calling out to the wrong wizard, my friend. ;)

    This is usually observed when the button is pressed multiple times while it's still processing the original request. My first suggestion would bet to relog, and hit the button again, once, and let it process for awhile. It will take longer if you have more unclaimed rewards to process. :) You should either receive a message that says you successfully claimed rewards, or there were no unclaimed rewards on your account.

    If you continue to see this problem message after a single click of the claim button, please rereport and let us know so we can dive deeper. :)

    Sorry :)

    I assure you both I'm not spamming the buttom. I pressed it ONE time and got the message. I then waited again for the two minute mark to pass and got the message again. I tried one more time after waiting (3 times got the message). I will attempt to log out and back in.

    @Attenwood Ok, I tried it again after logging out and back in, same results. I still get the message.

    I have purchased two Obsidian Bundles.

    By any chance did you claim rewards anywhere before trying on multiplayer? In offline mode? (Don't try there yet if you haven't yet)

    And yes, you can log back in.

    (I have tried to claim my Obsidian Village Tax Free Bundle. Mode: FPO)

    I tried to claim rewards last night on QA SPO mode, it didn't put the rewards in the bank.
