[Known] Able to see guild messages when not in a guild.

    1. Title: Able to see guild messages when not in a guild.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Able to see guild messages on an Avatar that is not in a guild given certain circumstances. Must have 2 clients and two characters, one in a guild and the other not in a guild.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:
      * Log in with Character A who is in a guild on Client 1.
      * Log in with Character A who is in a guild on Client 2. Client 1 will get a PELICAN message that it is kicked off.
      * Log in with Character B who is not in a guild on Client 1.
      * Talk in guild chat in Client 2, observe guild chat in Client 1.
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Linux Mint 18 Sarah x64
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
      GFX: NVidia GTX 1080
      Area: Everywhere, but right now Area: Ardoris (Ardoris) Loc: (108.2, 54.5, -86.9)
      SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.495.Date.10.26.16
