Title: Able to send junk mail to random strangers

Details: Able to send junk mail to random strangers who are not on my friends' list. Is this a bug?
Steps to Reproduce: Picked a name that was not on my friends list and sent mail. Target confirmed receipt of message. Suggest friends only OR adding a blacklist.

So the mailing system is only intended to be used by FRIENDS - just so there is no confusion. That part will definitely change.

That's great! I don't want random mail from strangers. If you want to send me mail, I have to approve you as a friend first?... Love it!
