[Known] Able to steal NPC items from very far away

    Details: I can stand very far from a "private property" npc item, right click on it, and "steal item".
    Steps to Reproduce: See details.

    5/5 now. Also, The justicar is not summoned at all with this method, it seems.

    EDIT: on the 6th time stealing an NPC item from a distance, the Justicar did come fine me.
