Details: Killed it twice, got two tasks to go and tell Timothy in Ardoris. Note that Timothy in Ardoris is a student of virtue who refuses to speak to you. I get why the guy related to the quest has to be called Timothy, but he shouldn't be in Ardoris (and maybe isn't, because I couldn't find him)

if it's as it was last year, there's a temporary tim in the little graveyard south of the moontower engineer's house.

 

There isn't any graveyard near the Moon Tower office in this release as yet, maybe it'll be in an upcoming patch or maybe he's somewhere else this time.

it's there year 'round, just not always populated

 

OK, I'll have another look. I walked up and down the aqueduct to the south of the moon tower offices and didn't see it.

After talking to him and getting what seems like a successful result I still have two tasks:

 

on the other hand, it disappeared from my task list. talked to him, got the quest and the book and the sacred oracle orbs of obliteration and it showed on my task list. logged out and in, no longer on task list. still in the journal current tasks section, though.
