[Known] Aetheric Feedback crit time window short

    Looks like I have to start to cast it at max 1-1.5 s after crit indikator (yellow bubble cipher) appears. According some dev post (2018 Feb. 6th) the value was rised. So it might be a bug the time window is that short.
