    1. Title: Always Overburdened
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Might be
    4. Details: The overburdened icon is always showing in the buffs area.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Log into an area.
      2. Look under your nameplate in the buffs area. One of the icons will be the overburdened icon.
    6. User Specs: QA Win64 509

    Known issue. We are working on a fix for this ASAP that will likely be visible in patch 511
