    Title: Animal Charm VFX persists past spell end, and even death.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The VFX for the spell Animal Charm persists past the end of spell duration, and even beyond the death of the target.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Animal Charm successfully on an Animal. Observe the VFX. Observe that the VFX persists past the end of the spell. Kill the Animal and observe that the VFX persists past the death of the Animal.
