[Known] Avatar isn't holding smelting tongs when smelting.

    Details: I am smelting without smelting tongs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to use a smelter, you make the animation, but your avatar is not
    holding smelting tongs.

    We got a bug in for this internally before this build went live. It should be fixed in 668 or later as I have just checked :)
