Please update us when you can because I am not sure if this is a one time issue or if this is something serious where we need to hold the build back. It is very hard to tell by reading this.
I cannot repro this but I don't know if there is something you did to trigger it, let me know if you remember what you were doing last. Thank you very much.

 

It has happened twice so far. The only thing I did was the quest reset and then see Arabella and get the quest to travel to Highvale.

I am unable to get the Path of Courage started with the Battle of Highvale scene, which has extra quests.
