Title: Black graphical artifacts all over the screen when first logging in (Linux)
Reproduction Rate: 100% when first starting the game client
    Blocker? no
Details: When first logging in to the game, black dots (smudges? see screenshots below) appear on the screen, often after a moment or two of clear (non-glitchy) graphics, and then disappear gradually over the next 20-30 seconds or so. This only appears to occur when first logging in to the game after starting the client. If I exit to menu and re-enter the game, the issue does not seem to reoccur. I have occasionally had this issue when entering a scene, but not nearly as reliably.
Steps to Reproduce: Start the game client, log in to the game.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.9 Debian 9.4 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32138
GPU: GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 2048
    SotA.QA.Linux.64.685.Date.05.22.18
    Area: Kingsport
    Area Display Name: Kingsport
    Loc: (-110.7, 29.6, -76.2)
    Debug: S2luZ3Nwb3J0fHwoLTExMC43MjcsIDI5LjYzNiwgLTc2LjIxNCl8KDAsIC0wLjI3NSwgMCwgMC45NjEpfDMyOC4wNjJ8MTB8Mi4xODIxMw==

These screenshots were taken one after the other just as I logged in, with about 8 or 9 seconds between screenshots:

I logged out and back in again, and didn't see the problem reoccur. I exited the game client and logged in again, and the graphics looked just fine for a second or three, and then it did this:

It cleared up within about 20-30 seconds, and was back to normal.

Here's another screenshot I took earlier this evening:

    I'm using 390.59 drivers on a 1070ti, i don't seem to get these glitches.
Which nvidia drivers are you using?

That driver is almost a year old my friend (exactly a year this july). You may wish to investigate updating it.
