[Known] Blinding white screen when exiting Kingsport bank

Title: Blinding white screen when exiting Kingsport bank
Reproduction Rate: once so far (still there)
Blocker? yes
Details: Was in the bank (searching for the new vendor patterns); opened the bank door and a ball of white light emanated from it and filled the entire game screen within a second (or two). Can still interact with the game, compass shows I am moving, but cannot see anything.

Steps to Reproduce: Hmmm, not sure yet. will update if I can get it to happen again.

Additional info:

Reproducible.

If I exit to menu but resume in the scene, then it returns immediately.
If I go to Novia, then the client corrects itself, and I can re-enter Kingsport ok.

I reproduced by going into the bank and then interacting with one of the vendors and then opening the door to the bank.

I tried just opening and closing the door; but no impact. It appears that the screen change of going into a first person conversation is the setup for the issue to occur.

Restarted client ... no change, can still repro on demand.
