    I dont know for sure exactly where in the outskirts i was when I got it, cos I often just spam e to pick up, however, as a naked new toon i entered this world and now I have.. which as the toon was only made from 512 .. its got to be recent

    I got mine from one of the human bandits in the area, I assumed it was part of a quest.
