[Known] Blood River tutorial area, Edvard won't talk until you pick up sword

Details: In the Blood River tutorial area I found a weapon rack and picked up the Spear and Shield. I then go to speak to Edvard, but he won't pull me into conversation and just keeps mentioning that I need a sword to proceed basically. I had to go back and get the sword to proceed even though I did not want to sword. I understand that you need to get a weapon, but any weapon you pick should satisfy this request.

Steps to Reproduce: Pick up any other weapon besides a sword
