[Known] Blue & Red Electric Sword Glow Gone?

Reproduction Rate: Once, walked up to and saw, then tried placing back in inventory and placed back out to see no change.
Blocker? No
Details: Blue and Red Electric Sword glows are gone and looks white.
Steps to Reproduce: Walked up and saw them (stood up as intended by me) and saw them. Put them away and back out and no change

Even a full restart of the client did not resolve this issue either.

Even adjusting the saturation did not really help.

After checking out settings I had bloom turned off, turning this on fixed it. I do not think that they look good when bloom is turned off.

@Dulayne If you turn bloom back on, you should see the glow effect.
