[Known] Bolster Balance Broken?

    Details: I use Bolster Balance to mitigate the knockdowns, stuns, etc. I have it locked @90. As per the icon when cast, 5 stack is supposed to gives 53% resistance to knockbacks, knockdowns, stuns and crowd control but does not seem to work at all. This happens with both monkeys and the trolls.
