    Title: Boots of Skulking not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Boots of Skulking are supposed to grant the user a +run speed bonus when stealthed, but currently do not. The negative effects of the item are also not triggering upon stealth.
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip Boots of Skulking. Stealth. Run.
