[Known]Build 512 - Reagents Needed for Air's Embrace, Enlightenment and Douse?

Description: Reagents have never been needed for these spells, now they are?

Details: There is nothing in the R43 release notes to indicate a change was made to these spells. Is this right??

***Edit: This is also happening with Celestial Blessing and Strength of Earth. So it looks like anything that is a buff now needs reagents?

this was something in chris' blog he had considered. he said he'd back it out and do something else, though, it just hasn't made its way into the build yet.
